Updates arent always a good thing
Having used this app for the last year, I am very frustrated with this update. Now it looks like I have to access a site instead of it being on the app, not great for places that dont have great cell service and no wifi. Also, it takes quite a while to download each time it is open. When I am just trying to quickly look something up for a customer, there is a very awkward wait while I uncomfortably share that the new app isnt the greatest. And, we used to be able to access all the pages at once, like a thumbnail glossary, to quickly choose the page we needed. Now I have to scroll through every single page one at a time, slowly I might add, to get to the page I want. AND, you cant zoom in on the pages to see individual items close up. So if I wanted to see something for myself, or even worse, try to show a customer something, we have a squint to try to read it. I use this app to try to avoid carrying catalogs everywhere I go and I like being able to send these to customers who havent gotten the catalog in the mail yet. I will not be sharing this eCatalog with them now because it is no longer user-friendly. Please consider these frustrations when making bug updates. This current update actually makes me feel less empowered, which I dont think was the intent. Thank you!
